Cindy has been leading heart-pumping, music-centric high energy Spinning® classes for 12+ years. Her class is filled with amazing songs, hard work, passion and sweat. Her loyalists love how she combines unique retro-cuts of classics with forceful, modern riffs, turning them into high energy rides. When not working or spinning, practicing yoga or dancing, she is running after her 2 young children, and her not so young, but equally child-like, husband!
"Fitness equals Freedom"
Amanda is a runner, cyclist, triathlete and avid weight lifter. She loves motivating people to get out of their comfort zones. Her musical background includes being a Resident Artist with The New York City Opera. She won't break into "Ave Maria" on the bike, but she will inspire you to reach your highest heights. Staying fit to keep up with her husband and two small children is essential. One of Amanda's goals is to help everyone get beach-ready and "free" other parents from their cover-ups!

Gina pushes you to work hard to get out of your comfort zone with inspiring lyrics and a great beat. She puts together an eclectic playlist with a little something for everyone! Gina says that life happens on the hills so be prepared to climb hard when you saddle up to her class. When she's not working, spinning or chasing her daughter, you'll find her pounding the pavement or trail in her running shoes.

Math teacher by day, Spin instructor by night, Alexis loves positively impacting the lives of others. Alexis' desire to teach, motivate and inspire others has helped her to become a leader in both industries of education and fitness. Alexis will immerse you in edgy and powerful beats, inspire you to take each workout to your threshold, then motivate you to surpass it. "Don't wish for it, work for it! Owner/Instructor Jessica makes it her mission to provide ZenRiders with the highest quality Spinning® experience. No matter your age, fitness ability or experience, ZenRide is a place where everyone can have fun and anybody can achieve their health and fitness goals. Jess has been teaching Spinning in the New York/CT Tri-State area since 2000. This combines her passion for music, training and athleticism with her contagious optimism, generating positive energy and inspiration on and off of the bike.

Wanting to help others exercise to make positive mental and physical connections, Jenn approaches each class with motivating music & encouragement to keep you moving throughout the entire class. Jenn started her fitness career in California via Group Exercise & Personal Training. Adding Spinning to her repetoire was a natural fit! When not teaching, Jenn is still in motion at various sports games with her 3 children and husband.

Maggie's class is like a Saturday night, time to feel the beat of the music and let yourself go. This is your class, your opportunity to push yourself outside your comfort zone. Let's put that body to work. Shut off your mind, clip in and ride!

Natalya believes that all it takes is commitment to mind over matter. If you can keep your mind and spirit strong, you can accomplish anything you set out to do. Natalya has been teaching since 2009, keeping her rides challenging, focused and fun. Outside of Spinning and work, Natalya loves getting race ready for things like the Tough Mudder and the oh so famous hilly Fairfield Half Marathon, which is quickly followed by an ice cream cone!

Peter takes his passion for music and turns that into an on-the-bike dance party you are sure to keep coming back too. His 20+ years as a DJ transforms his classes into motivational experiences that make you want to work. Oh and you might find yourself singing along or moving to the beat too! Peter's dance oriented interval training circuit classes are structured to the rhythm of his playlist. Peter also brings a unique talent by creating his own remixes to add that special "Peter G" flavor!

Rachel will inspire you to dig deep, push past your comfort zone, and become the person you are meant to be in body, mind and spirit. Her intoxicating energy and focused attitude allows riders to expand boundaries. She incorporates her love of music and creates playlists that make you want to catch the beat with your feet. Be warned: Rachel loves a good hill climb and is known for making her riders earn the rite to climb out of the saddle!

Terre’s class will push you harder than you thought possible. Her energetic personality combined with her creative classes will make sure you have fun while you push your limits. The return? An intense full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong. Terre has been in the fitness industry for 16+ years and she has the technical know-how to keep her classes informative, yet with loads of fun-filled energy and spirit.
